Day Three of Special Prayer with President Laban
(January 29th, 2021)
"Then Moses said to him, “If your Presence does not go with us,
do not send us up from here. How will anyone know that you are pleased with me
and with your people unless you go with us?"
Exodus 33:15-16, NIV
So many of us can tell stories of God's faithfulness in our lives. One of our close colleagues, Phyllis Mutua (our Daystar University Finance Manager), tells the moving story of her and her family’s recent recovery from Covid. For her, God’s faithfulness was especially seen through the support of the Daystar family during this challenging time.
For this third and last prayer email for the week we have two videos. The first is a prayer for leadership from Dr. Laban Ayiro (Daystar President), with the theme that God will continue to be with Daystar as He was with Moses in the wilderness. The second video is Phyllis telling her story.
Thank you for praying this week as we all commit Daystar to the Lord. You are such an encouragement - please know you are important to us! Let me close this week with a prayer for you: May the Lord bless you and keep you, the Lord make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you. The Lord turn His face towards you and give you peace. Amen.
