Happy Easter from Daystar and President Laban

Happy Good Friday and Easter from Daystar!    In our staff prayer meeting a devotion was shared and part of it was, “Our sin stopped His heart.  Our sin drove the nails into His hands and feet… the blood of Jesus can reverse the curse of sin and raise the dead to life.” May we be aware of the great price that was paid for us by our Lord Jesus.  May our lives reflect that Love of God to those around us. 

Daystar President, Dr. Laban Ayiro, shared this message to you, our dear Daystar family:

From Daystar University in Nairobi, I send our warmest of greetings in this Easter season to our fraternity in the U.S.   Indeed, Easter is a great reminder to us that you can put the truth in the grave but it will not stay there.  As we celebrate the Resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ we just want to remember all of you in a special way, especially after the year of 2020, when life seemed hopeless and we didn’t know if we would see 2021.  I thank God for your life. I thank God for your sacrifice as you continue to give generously to needy students in our University.  In what you are doing, you are serving the Kingdom because these students will eventually go out as servants of the Kingdom and spread the Word of God.  We continue to thank you and wish you all the warmest Easter.  Daystar thanks and loves you.  Thank you and God bless you!
